How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 5–7 working days. Some items may arrive in separate parcels, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. If anything is missing or you need to reschedule delivery, our customer care team is always here to help.


Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes. For the safety and wellbeing of our customers, Avinci offers contactless delivery. Your order will be placed safely at your doorstep, allowing you to collect it at your convenience.


What if a part of my order is missing?
If you’ve placed a large or bulk order, your items may arrive in separate parcels. You’ll be notified beforehand if that’s the case.
If any items are missing without prior notice, please contact our customer care team immediately — we’ll resolve it promptly.


Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?
If you’re unavailable at the delivery address, our courier partner will leave a delivery card with instructions to reschedule or redirect your parcel to a more convenient address.


How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking details may vary depending on the courier service used.


Do you use biodegradable packaging?
We are in the process of transitioning to biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging. While it’s not fully implemented yet, sustainability remains a key priority for Avinci.


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Deliveries may experience slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
