UK Delivery Options

Applies to orders below £50.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days.

UK Standard Free Shipping — FREE
Automatically applied to all orders £50 and above.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days.

UK Express Shipping — £4.99
Expected delivery within 1–2 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery — £6.99
Place your order before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) for next working day delivery.

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods, promotions, severe weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed on the next working day.
  • No dispatches take place on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing full tracking details. You can follow your parcel securely from dispatch to delivery using the provided link.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details, including postcode and house number, are entered correctly at checkout. Avinci cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Missed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier may re-attempt delivery or provide instructions for redelivery, local depot collection or safe place options where applicable.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, missing or has been marked delivered but not received, please contact our support team with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout

Our team will investigate promptly with the courier and keep you updated at every step until resolution.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International delivery options will be introduced in the near future as we expand our logistics network.
